Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or manufacturing-defect products.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or natural variations in handcrafted wood or marble.

Report issues within 48 hours by emailing houseofvaasya@gmail.com with order number, product photos, packaging photos, and an unboxing video.

Approved claims will receive a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

House of Vaasya bears return shipping costs only for approved claims.
